Nestled in a secluded woodland valley, at the joining of two streams, Hobb's Choice is a 17th-century cottage with a unique history and a charming garden. The cottage is surrounded by trees, wildflowers, and there are steps leading to the babbling brook. The garden has multiple levels to explore, with secluded spots to relax in the sun or shade, and plenty of places to watch the wildlife.
The cottage has beamed ceilings, wood-burning stoves, and slate floors. The downstairs is cozy and inviting, while the upstairs is light and spacious.
In the evening, you can relax by the fire or stargaze from the conservatory. Afterwards, you'll be able to get a good night sleep in one of the three comfortable bedrooms.
Hobb's Choice can be found near the North Cornwall and Devon border, just outside the hamlet of Eastcott, in the Parish of Morwenstow. The area is home to a variety of stunning beaches, including the wild and rugged Marsland Mouth, the popular surfing spot Sandymouth, and the characterful Duckpool and Northcott Mouth.
The famous village of Clovelly is only a short drive away, and the popular town of Bude provides a range of experiences, from surfing and hiking to shopping and dining. Other places to visit nearby include Bodmin Moor, Bostcastle, and Tintagel.
